Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

Measurable Equality Objectives

At St Peter’s CE Primary School, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and respectful environment where every child and staff member feels valued and supported. Our equality objectives aim to reduce inequalities in education and employment, and promote fairness across all aspects of school life. We actively review our policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED). Our Equality objectives were written in 2024 for the period 2024 -2028 but were last reviewed in September 2025 and will be reviewed annually.
