Snow Closures
We will always aim to keep school open however occasionally it is necessary to close the school, due to heavy snow/ice. In the event of snow and the likelihood of disruption, we will aim to text all parents at approximately 8.15 a.m. to advise that school is either:
- Closed (in the case of severe snow) or
- Delaying opening until a given time
If no text, assume school is open.
This message will also be given on the school’s website and Facebook page, announced on Radio Lancashire and published on the Lancashire Website.
